($10/day)
People interested in dropping in to work for the day can do so for a single day rate (provided there is sufficient space). Sign up for a Drop-In Coworking Day below!
10 Day Punch Card
(10-Pack: $60)
- Access to all free daytime activities (lunch and learns, workshops, etc.)
- Printing up to 5 pages per day
- 1 hour of conference room access and 1 hour of large privacy pod access per punch card
Open Coworking
($125/month or $100/month for Non-Profits/BUILD Alums)
- Access to BUILD Institute open workspace and hot desks on a first come, first serve basis
- 3 hours of conference room access and 3 hours of large privacy pod access per month (cannot roll over)
- Discount on BUILD classes
- Printing included up to 75 pages per month, additional charge after that
- If you sign a 1-year agreement and pay up front, you receive a 10% discount
- Mail service available at an additional charge of $25 per month
Dedicated Desk
($250/month or $225 for Non-Profits/BUILD Alums)
- Access to dedicated desk space (spaces limited)
- 5 hours of conference room access and 5 hours of large privacy pod access per month (cannot roll over)
- Discount on BUILD classes
- Printing included up to 125 pages per month, additional charge after that
- If you sign a 1-year agreement and pay up front, you receive a 10% discount
- Mail service included with membership
Amenities For All Memberships
- Access to high-speed wireless internet
- Free or reduced-price admission to select events held in the space
- Printing stipend
- Access to the space during normal operating hours (9:00am – 5:00pm) Monday through Friday, except holidays)
- Monthly allowance for the conference room and privacy pods.
